taken and will be plastered all over the internet for all to see. Great
pose, wouldn't you say?

Capturing a close-up photo of a Pelican isn't
easy... Getting one showing our feathery friend consorting with Mr. Stork is another matter.
Here is another sunset on the Banana River lagoon in Cocoa Beach, Florida. This shot was taken on the last day of July, 2000. The greenery in the foreground is foliage of an oak tree which was planted on the birthday of our great grandson, TJ, who currently resides in El Paso, Texas.
Practically a dead calm existed on New Years Day, 2003. It was very early that morning that we made a decision to capture the mirror effect of the water. This is the result. Note that Sammy the seagull was not to be deterred in his patient wait for his usual handout.
